From US23 take Paintsville exit onto Rt. 460 / 40 east. Travel 1/4 mile east on Rt. 40 to the first intersection. Turn right to the Ponderosa Steakhouse on the left side of the street (421 N. Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY.)

Chapter meeting is the 1st Thursday of each month. 6:00 pm to eat and 7:00 pm to meet.
