From State St. turn north on Fifth St. to the first traffic light turn right on Countryside Dr. and the complex is on the right hand side. From Rt. 20 bypass use exit 6 east. Turn right onto Fifth St. and Left at Countryside Dr. Board of Health will be on your right.
